These Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with BrewAura Cafe, establishing a mutual understanding of rights, expectations, and operational guidelines. Our primary objective is to offer complete transparency regarding your purchases, physical reservations, and ongoing community involvement. We reserve the right to interpret these guidelines as necessary to maintain the quality and safety of our environment.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By entering our physical cafe locations, placing a digital order, securing a reservation, or enrolling in any membership tier, you formally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these legal rules. Continued use of our facilities or digital platforms constitutes ongoing acceptance. If you do not agree with any provision stated herein, you must immediately discontinue the use of our services.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To access our premium digital platforms, purchase physical or digital gift cards, or subscribe to any membership plan, you must be of legal majority age in your governing jurisdiction and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during all registration and purchasing processes, and you accept responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Any individual making a purchase, visiting our physical premises, or utilizing our public services without a membership.
Member
An individual holding a verified, active subscription to the BrewAura Coffee Community or other tier.
Website
Our primary digital platform, encompassing ordering portals, reservation systems, and member dashboards.
Services
All food, hand-crafted beverages, digital products, reservations, and community experiences offered by BrewAura.
FOUNDING MEMBER PLAN
BrewAura Community
Step into the inner circle with our exclusive ₹699 Launch Membership. Designed for our most dedicated patrons, this founding member plan guarantees your daily caffeine ritual is seamless, premium, and reserved just for you. Please review the community rules carefully to ensure a flawless experience.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Your BrewAura Community membership is strictly non-transferable. Our 'One Member, One Account' policy ensures fair access for all founding members. Memberships hold no cash value and cannot be paused or frozen during the promotional launch period.
10 Coffee Redemption
Your membership entitles you to exactly ten eligible coffee redemptions per billing cycle. Unused redemptions expire at the end of the term and do not roll over to the following month.
Eligible Beverages
Redemptions are strictly valid for our signature Hot Americano or Iced Americano. Speciality modifications, syrups, or other menu beverages fall outside this promotional launch offer.
Misuse Prevention
To protect the integrity of our community, memberships are closely monitored. Account sharing, coordinated mass redemptions, or suspected fraud will result in immediate suspension without refund.

Orders & Operations
Products, Pricing & Menu Updates
Our menu features seasonal, artisanal offerings that may vary by availability. All prices are listed in local currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update our menu and pricing without prior notice, though we always strive to provide value and transparency to our community.
Placing Orders (Online & In-Store)
You can place orders directly at our counter or through our official online platform for pickup. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. For special requests or large orders, please provide advance notice. We reserve the right to refuse orders under exceptional circumstances.
Payment Methods & Security
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and secure mobile payments both in-store and online. Online transactions are processed through encrypted third-party gateways to ensure your security. In the rare event of a failed transaction, please contact your bank or our support team for assistance.
Reservation Rules & Cancellations
We recommend booking in advance for groups or special occasions. We hold reservations for up to 15 minutes past the booked time; late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the table to accommodate other guests. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance.
Promotions & Gift Cards
Promotional offers and discounts cannot be stacked unless explicitly stated. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, hold no cash value, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Launch offers and referral rewards are subject to specific campaign rules.

At BrewAura Cafe, we strive to maintain a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for all guests and staff. We ask that you respect our community guidelines, treat our staff with kindness, and handle cafe property with care. Abusive behavior or intentional damage to property will result in immediate removal and potential cancellation of membership access.
Hygiene & Food Safety
We adhere to the strictest government guidelines and industry standards for food safety. Our premises, equipment, and staff undergo rigorous daily hygiene protocols to ensure every cup and plate served meets our luxury standards. However, guests must ensure personal hygiene when entering the premises and follow any posted health advisories.
Cross-Contamination Notice
While we take meticulous care in preparing your orders, our kitchen handles multiple allergens daily, including nuts, dairy, soy, and gluten. Ingredient variations occur naturally, and shared equipment is used across different menu items. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Medical Disclaimer
BrewAura Cafe is not responsible for adverse health reactions. If you have severe allergies or specific medical dietary requirements, please consult a medical professional before consuming our products.
Allergy Disclosure Required
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform our staff of any food allergies or intolerances prior to placing an order. We rely on your active disclosure to safely guide your menu choices and preparation.

Website usage is permitted solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, and any prohibited activities or breaches of account security will result in immediate termination of access.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected through our website, including cookies, analytics, and marketing communications, is used solely to enhance your experience and process transactions securely. We may utilize third-party services for payments and reservations; however, we will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrewAura Cafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from technical issues, service interruptions, supplier delays, force majeure events, or variations in food availability. Our business operations, including digital services and physical premises, are provided on an 'as-is' basis. We reserve the right to modify these protections as necessary to ensure business continuity.

These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising from your use of our services, website, or community membership, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of our operating jurisdiction. Any legal actions, proceedings, or claims must be resolved exclusively in the designated local courts. By using our services, you consent to this jurisdiction and waive any objections to such venue.
